These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AlphaSERP Tools, operated by Mattias Hagman trading as AlphaSERP (“we”, “us”, “our”), accessible at tools.alphaserp.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
AlphaSERP Tools is a web-based SEO intelligence platform providing tools for rank tracking, content analysis, keyword research, technical auditing, and AI-assisted content generation. Intended for professional use by SEO practitioners, digital marketers, website owners, and consultants.
Free plan — All analysis and scoring tools with rate-limited AI (10 AI calls/day, 3 briefs/day). No access to DataForSEO-powered tools or content generation. 1 project.
Pro plan — €39/month (Founding Member: €24/month) — Full access to all tools. Limits: 10 content clusters/month, 20 Article Writer drafts/month, 5 projects, daily rank tracking. Founding Member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of an active subscription.
Day Pass — €9.99 for 24 hours — Full Pro access for 24 hours. Limits: 3 clusters and 10 drafts within the window. Non-refundable once activated.
Site Audit Report — €19.99 per report / €59 for 5 credits — One-time purchase. Credits do not expire.
All prices in Euros inclusive of applicable VAT. Polar.sh acts as Merchant of Record and handles VAT collection and remittance.
Important: AlphaSERP Tools uses third-party AI and data APIs that incur costs per use. Usage limits exist to ensure fair access for all users and protect service sustainability.
We reserve the right to throttle accounts showing patterns of automated or abusive usage. Limits may be adjusted with notice and are always published on the pricing page.
You agree not to: generate spam or misleading content; circumvent usage or rate limits; use bots or automated scripts; reverse engineer the service; resell or sublicense output without written permission; violate GDPR or applicable privacy law; or share account access.
The AlphaSERP Tools platform, design, code, and branding are our intellectual property. Output you generate (reports, drafts, analyses) belongs to you, subject to restrictions from underlying AI providers (Anthropic). You retain all rights to URLs and content you submit for analysis.
Many tools use data from DataForSEO, VebAPI, Google APIs, and Anthropic. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. SEO data is inherently approximate. Do not make significant business decisions based solely on this data without independent verification.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or remove features at any time; material reductions in Pro features will be communicated with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
AlphaSERP Tools is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us that month. We are not responsible for ranking fluctuations or business outcomes from use of the tool.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
